수강 코스

1st Week

Sports Nutrition & Skeletal Muscle Anatomy

BCAA / Are Protein used for energy during exercise? / What effect does exercise training have upon protein metabolism / athlete need protein in the diet / General recommendations relative to dietary protein intake for athletes.

 

2nd Week

Chest & Arm Training, coaching drill

Flat barbel bench press / Flat dumbbell Bench Press incline / Dumbbell Press Flat / Flat Dumbbell Fly / Dips / Cable Cross.

 

3rd Week

Shoulder & Back training, coaching drill

Dumbbell Press, Side lateral bent over, lateral front dumbell, raise militaty press, behind neck, press upright row barbell shrug, cable lateral smith machine press Dead lift barbell row good morning one arm row cable pull down hyper extension chin T-bar row

 

4th Week

Legs, abs, calves Training, coaching drill
